The challenge for social democracy is, therefore, to position Political Economy in the construction of another horizon, different from the present that is offered to most people in the country, and which in fact takes place through the exercise of participatory citizenship with its emancipatory potential contained in communicative rationality, through and for the defense of the Constitution.
