For that a survey prepared includes 21 questions divided on two axis, the first on general information of the respondents and the second relates to the self-medication itself. The survey was conducted during the period of 3 months between March 2021 and May 2021 in the town of Tebessa with the help of pharmacists in the region. The results obtained show a great importance of the use of painkillers and anti-inflammatory in self-medication with several consequences on the health of the man and also on their mentality of reaction with the drugs. These results require a continuity of the work to find more argumentative explanations and also a support by blood analysis of the investigated persons, in the future works.
