This work is a contribution to the bacteriological analysis of the REGIDESO water consumed by the population of the KYESHERO district, city of Goma, Province of North Kivu in R.D Congo in 2017. After sampling, treatment, culture and analysis of the data, the following results were obtained: 7 Salmonella, 24 Schigella, 19 White Staphylococci, 42 Escherichia coli nermanii, 22 E. coli, 15 E. Coli vulneris, 37 E. Coli enterotoxigenic. No fungi were observed in our analyses.
