Gap in cash was lesser for cultivators as compared to the non-cultivators. The amount of kilocalorie generated per individual per year by cultivators of Haricot Bean was found to be 568153 and for non-cultivators 81998. Again this difference was attributed to contribution of Haricot Bean. The gap in additional kilocalorie requirement of cultivators was lesser (which is 29.2%) as compared to the non-cultivators (which is 89.8%).
