Electrodeposition is considered as an easy and cost effective technique for preparation of alloy coating. In our works selected chloride electrolyte with an attitude of Ni/Fe = 4.26, developed the technology of preparation of electrolyte and temperature is selected. Experimental results obtaining permalloy films specified composition found scientific justification in the form of exclusion from the chloride electrolyte ions bivalent and trivalent iron. At the same charge, nickel and iron ions undergo congruent permalloy deposition.
