For close to 30 years, he has been helping leaders, organizations, and communities thrive by transcending the unthinkable when dealing with their most complex - and often polarizing -opportunities, shocks, and crises.David has a Bachelor of Science (1st class honors), master's in environmental engineering and (Executive) Business Administration; and Graduate Certificates in Futures Thinking and Advanced Conflict Transformation. He is currently completing the co-writing of Beyond the Great Resignation: Opportunities and Risks.
