Sarah, only one year younger than Martha, has the same green eyes, dark hair, same high cheekbones, but dimples in place of the mole on Martha's face. While they look alike, they have different personalities. Sarah is more shy, demure and conservative than Martha. Both sisters realize they are like twins, feeling each other's pain, and many times Sarah, though younger, gives good advice to Martha, comforts her when she gets into trouble, and always excuses her sister's obsession with flirting. Sarah admits if boys ogled her like they do Martha she'd tell them to buzz off.
