Epigenetic events are alterations in gene expression without changes in DNA sequence and characteristic of heritability via cell division. Certainly, it is anticipated that aberrant changes bring about epigenetic control through chromatin modifying enzymes. This has an important bearing on future therapies for human diseases including cancer.

Autor

Ravi Kapopara, a budding Bioinformatician working on the development of inhibitors for diabetes management and also screened natural bioactives virtually in epigenetic modulations. He did his graduation in Biochemistry and joined post-graduate studies in Bioinformatics which had inspired him to pursue his career in Ph.D (Bioinformatics).
