The heart of this report is the part which gives details analysis on compensation practices of ROBI Axiata Ltd. The basic compensation management practice includes the HR policies, Allowances, mode of benefits, transfer reimbursement, leave punishments employee satisfaction. Due to short time span and lack of information availability I just tried to figure out briefly the existing problem, prosperity, difficulties and some area for development.
