In a context of globalization, where logistics performance is a strategic lever for competitiveness, freight traceability is becoming an imperative for transparency and efficiency. This scientific paper analyzes the communication strategy of the Office de Gestion du Fret Multimodal (OGEFREM) in the Democratic Republic of Congo, in the face of the challenges of digitalization and logistics governance. Through a multidisciplinary approach combining persuasion theory, organizational communication and systemic analysis, the study questions the relevance of current tools (FERI, FERE, Tour de Contrôle Logistique) and proposes innovative avenues for more interactive, integrated and user-oriented communication. This work combines academic rigor and practical commitment, with a view to optimizing the transparency, fluidity and safety of multimodal flows in the DRC.
