Whether the vibrant colors of autumn or the stillness of a snowy winter, the wisdom and beauty surrounding me inspire a deeper appreciation for life.As a creator and creative, I aim to raise awareness of the power of emotional acuity as a mental health tool. As a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist and mother of two, I founded MidHudson Chocolate Milk, a non-profit grassroots organization that explores the emotional connections shaped by bias with a focus on maternal mental health.
