It is this perception that motivated us to develop this book, in order to portray, not only a scenario closer to the student, but also to enable his practical analyses.Organized in 4 chapters, this work compiles the graduation works of the students from the 11th class of Commercial Management at FATEC São Roque. The works address, in a transversal way, the different aspects of management, offering a reflection on the use of digital marketing, the importance of the university-company relationship, the analysis of working capital by microentrepreneurs, and the current importance of emotional intelligence for organizations.
