A current issue remains by integrating these robots in hospitals, alongside the patients and the medical staff. The aim of this study is to discover and understand which ¿human resources management¿ actions can be undertaken to facilitate any collaboration with the medical robots, while taking into account the current legal and ethical character. By discovering the different types of robots and their functions in the hospital environment of different countries, the research -notably inspired by the Japan- tries to reflect on diverse methods to improve this integration, while including the European Union impact and the opinion of individuals concerned and interested by any positive evolution.
