Dr. Theresa McFaddin Ordell is a notable Transformational Leadership Strategist, educator, and four-time author. She has a compelling personal story of overcoming physical hardships, including being born with three fingers on each hand and orthopedic issues. Instead of limits, she discovered identity and purpose through the transformative power of the Word of God, fueling her mission to help others achieve wholeness and live "Supernaturally Attractive." Academically, Dr. Ordell holds a Doctorate in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University and a Master of Education degree with a specialization in Curriculum and Instruction. She also serves as an adjunct professor. Currently, she directs her efforts through Mentology Matters, an online mentoring institute she co-founded with her husband, Pastor Darryl Ordell. These offerings uniquely blend spiritual mentoring with psychological counseling to provide intensive support for the soul and transformation. As an accomplished writer, she has authored Supernaturally Attractive, Saved Sexy Cool, No Room for Excuses, Coaching YOU, and various mentoring curricula. She formerly served as COO of Claris Health and dedicated ten years to leading Sisters Inspiring Sisters (SiS), an organization focused on spiritual support and discipleship for young women.
