This study is designed to evaluate the clinical , epidemiological and histopathological features of Orf disease in AL-Diwaniya governorate in Iraq , and rapid detection of the virus by using molecular techniques ,Real Time PCR (RT-PCR) and conventional polymerase chain reaction (endpoint PCR) . The present study focused on the sequencing and phylogenetic analysis of predominant genotypes circulating Orf virus of sheep in Iraq as the first time.
