It shall conclude with certain very important findings upon the viability of each of such defence and shall discuss the pros and cons of each and the effect that each such defence shall cast upon the fate of the infringement suit. It seeks to suggest certain amendments that may be made under the Indian Patent Law, after undertaking a comparative analysis on the law in different jurisdictions, in order to better equip the alleged infringer with the defences that may be an effective shield against the patent attacks.
