He has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Daventry since May 2010, and was previously a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for the East Midlands from 1999 to 2009. Born in November 1967, Heaton-Harris attended the Tiffin Grammar School for Boys in Kingston upon Thames, before studying at Wolverhampton Polytechnic.
