She's built a good life here, has started dating Chief Park Ranger Roy Driscoll, and enjoys her job as a pediatric nurse. But in the wake of a fierce storm, Driscoll finds a toddler, bruised and suffering from hypothermia, at the base of Kerry Mountain. Clare takes the child into her care, and when no one claims the toddler or even appears to be looking for the girl, Clare knows something is afoot.
