My curiosity began when one of my celebrity guests, wrapped in head bandages and eyes tinted purple, went home and cleaned out her closet. Why this very famous celeb do that? When hearing the same story over, and over, and over again-it hit me. They were not just cleaning out closets . . . they were cleaning up their lives. But it's not that simple. There's more. This connection between her findings and my guests was the discovery of how mind-changing triggers can lead to empowerment and youthfulness. It was then becoming ageless became my personal journey. How we age is an attitude we choose. If we follow the limits and expectations- stereotypes-with which society has unfairly labeled us, we cut our life short.Yes, we are killing ourselves.
