Meanwhile, big city cop Kevin Jacobs leaves the city to visit his hometown Chesapeake Springs. While visiting he runs into old girlfriend (Nicky) and her best friend (Michelle). Tourists are being attacked or disappearing. Later, while on the town one night, Nicky and Michelle introduce Kevin to their new friends. Later he realizes they are all unique. Oblivious to each one's unique secret, he is welcomed into this strange world of relationships. Later, Kevin realizes the town has changed. It's not as he remembered it.
