Leather manufacturing process generates quantities of byproducts and solid wastes higher than that of finished leather. Highly polluting solid wastes containing varied quantities of protein are currently being wasted due to their non utilization. With increasing importance on the environmental protection, the use of bio catalysts gained considerable attention. There is a need to explore new microorganisms for production of new enzymes which have versatile ability to fulfill industrial demand.
