Change Your Thoughts Change Your Feelings is a collection of short stories and what Mary calls snippets: very short works of mainly observation. It is an ideal book to take traveling when one doesn't have the space to carry the luxury of more than one book. This collection of short stories is extremely varied and holds the reader's attention. Some of the stories have little twists, bringing unexpected and surprising endings. These are stand alone stories, unlike Mary's first book, Wee Row of Shops and a Bar, in which the first eight stories were linked through the friendship and life experiences of the characters.

Autor

Mary Lewsley is the pen name of Maureen McMullan. She was born in Birmingham to Irish parents. Mary Lewsley was her mother's birth name. Mary's father (Maureen's grandfather} died when Mary was just a babe in arms. So in honour and recognition of her mother and the grandfather she never knew, Maureen wanted her pen name to be Mary Lewsley. Maureen is passionate about Ireland and in 1997, together with her partner, bought a small Irish farm house in the hills of Kerry overlooking the beautiful little town of Kenmare. She feels so delighted and proud to have put life back into a little pocket of the country she loves so much.She spends her time between England and her second home in Ireland, which has influenced many of her stories. Her first book of short stories, Wee Row of Shops and a Bar, was partly inspired by the delightful little town of Kenmare.
