The study found out opportunities for the expansion of e-banking technology like: improvements of the banking habits of the people and government commitment to strength the bank industry were the major once. However, different challenges were impaled the adaptation of e-banking. These challenges were the outcome of three main generic factors such as environmental, technical and organizational and such factors brought their own specific and immediate challenges.
