Legal positivism and hermeneutics, which is classically defined as "the art of correctly interpreting texts", will guide us in the answers we propose to this question. The exact and deep knowledge of the stakes and perspectives of the multilateral trade negotiations for the CEMAC States will constitute a decision-making tool for the community leaders of Central Africa who will know which levers to activate in view of a real economic growth of this region and a social well-being of their populations.
