In the above context, IES's Management College and Research Centre, Mumbai, organized its 13th International Conference on Feb 28, 2023. The conference was attended by academicians, research scholars, consultants, management practitioners and students. They got a chance to submit their original, unpublished research work on the theme of the conference "Challenges and Changing Business Practices in Recent Times". The conference received an overwhelming response and could receive participation from all over India. Out of all the Research Papers presented in the conference, we have considered a selected few papers for publication in this book. The book focusses on how the challenges of the recent times can be handled through various innovative solutions and how organizations can take up changing business practices to overcome these challenges.
