This published study examines the burdens and resources of family carers and their significance in general health and nursing care. Using a quantitative research method involving questionnaires, the study scientifically investigated the different experiences of stress among family carers. Among other things, the research shows that the different use of resources causes a difference in the experience of stress.

Autor

Heidi Wilscher, 28, wrote this work as part of her studies in 'Pedagogy for Health Professions.' In her profession as a certified health care and nursing professional, she got to know many family caregivers and their situations. She found it particularly interesting that the experience of stress is perceived very differently.
