He has authored numerous academic papers as well as articles in popular science, and several books, including What if Einstein was Wrong?; The Cosmic Microwave Background; and 10 Physicists Who Transformed Our Understanding of Reality. He is a frequent contributor to the BBC on physics and astronomy and writes a popular blog as The Curious Astronomer.
