But this voice of God from a man or woman of God or from dreams may not happen. Or you may have to think about what steps to take in your life. This is why I don't like a church where the man of God cannot hear from God. He or she is no different from you. You might as well serve your God at home or start your own church. Hebrew 5:14 simply means think, ponder, or weigh out questions you might have about your life. God wants you to pray too. We may not know God's perfect will and hold over our lives, but Psalm 149:6-9 says, 6 "Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand, 7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishment upon the people [that want to hurt us]; 8 To bind their kings with chains and their nobles with feathers of iron; 9 To execute upon then the judgement written; this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the Lord." "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and the words of their testimony; and they loved not their lives onto the death" (Revelation 12:11). I ask the question "Who is God?" I don't know. I've never seen him before. But I will keep having faith in him because I feel him in my heart. I hope you join the faith and follow Jesus Christ. Hebrews 11:6 says that without faith, we cannot please God. So we learn that our God only helps those who believe in him and that as we believe in him, he will direct the paths we are to take in life. I hope that as you read this book, you will find some pointers to who God is.
