Autor

Richard Folmar lives in Santa Fe, N.M. He is a veteran of WW. II and post war Korea. He has a Masters in political science and is retired as Asst. Director of the N.M. Legislative Council Service, a research and bill drafting agency. In addition to several research publications, and contributions to a textbook on N.M. Government, he had two freelance articles published in Empire Magazine of the Denver Post. CALL DOWN THE HAWK is the first of three historical novels pertaining to Seth Cane and the Commoner, William J. Bryan in the years 1912-1915.
