Paula Jenkins is on a mission to spread more joy in the world. She is a podcast producer and certified life coach, and the author of Jump Start Your Joy: Heart-Centered Ways to Find Joy in the Messy Middle. She is also the host of the Jump Start Your Joy ® podcast, which launched in 2015. When she's not podcasting, she can be found watching sci-fi, playing video games, or reading. Paula holds a Master of Arts in Religion from Yale Divinity School. She lives in California with her husband, and son and their friendly rescue chihuahua-mix named Chewbacca Baloney Jenkins (who goes by Chewie).
