Likewise, the reorganization of rural producer individual and legal entity and the transnational bankruptcy. Law no. 14112/2020 introduced changes in the Bankruptcy and Judicial Reorganization Law no. 11101/2005, especially in the part that deals with judicial reorganization. In this part, among the several innovations are: the institution of conciliation and mediation; the resolutions may be replaced by an Adhesion Instrument signed by the creditors; in case of rejection of the plan submitted by the debtor, there is the possibility for the creditors to submit a reorganization plan; tax credits are not subject to the effects of judicial reorganization, but the debtor may request the installment payment of its debts with the National Treasury.
