This study is a business plan for opening a women's footwear and accessories franchise in João Pessoa-PB. The company's aim is to provide the female public with elegance, comfort and well-being, in a way that meets the needs of its clientele. To this end, strategic planning was carried out with the company's mission, vision, values, business, strategic positioning, objectives and targets. Finally, budget planning and an economic and financial analysis were carried out. The results showed that it was feasible to open M&D Calçados, as it exceeded investors' expectations and was projected to be highly profitable.
