This book introduces a holistic, managerial approach to identify business impacts of web accessibility in three industry sectors. The findings of this case study research include organizations' experiences with web accessibility implementation and generate a sound basis for management decision recommendations. Moreover, a flexible business model for an Austrian web accessibility quality mark is introduced that facilitates and accelerates a national implementation.
