The study is organized into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction to the study. This chapter also presents the concepts of business and financial risks. Second chapter deals with the purpose of the study, its objectives, scope, research methodology and organization of the study. The third chapter contains a brief description of the four selectedcompanies(NIRMA, DABUR,MARICO & HUL).The observations and findings of the study are presented in chapter four. The final chapter narrates the conclusions drawn from the study.
