Victor Teran is an award-winning author of various children's books; as well as an award winning entrepreneur and a two-time Martial Arts Hall of Fame. Mr. Teran is a United States Marine Corps combat veteran (8 years of service). After his military career, he continued to serve with the U.S. State Department (DSS High Threat) from 2004-2013. Mr. Teran has honorably served our nation for over seventeen years. A New Yorker, living in New Jersey. His first children's book, "Landon's First Taekwon-Do Lesson" was awarded the Readers favorite five star seal, and received the International Book Award in the Children - Action category. "Our Trip to the Zoo" has been awarded the Readers favorite five star seal, and received the Book Excellence Award. Not only Mr. Teran continues to educate and share his love for story-telling and creative writing, but he also teaches martial arts to the youth and adults in the community.
