A country cannot achieve economic and social development without a skilled, productive labor force that can meet the changing requirements of its environment. To reach the previous demands, there is a necessity to equip TVET teachers with technical skills and practical work experience, pedagogical, knowledge skills and ICT to facing the rapid challenges of the technological demands of world of work. This book, therefore, provides a new training approach for TVET teachers in Sudan depends on effective partnership between the private sector, the government and TVET institutions based on three levels, the macro, meso and micro. The book should be especially useful to education policy makers, TVET institutions, universities, labor market or anyone else who may be considering the innovations in the field of TVET.
