In this sense, the initiatives that some university institutions have taken with the development of an entrepreneurial culture, even when it has not given the expected results, due to ignorance or little use, are of vital importance for the public university institutions of the municipality of Soledad Atlántico, organizations that have expressed interest in the continuous improvement and quality of all their processes.
