Scope and Sequence: Lesson 1: The Lord Is My Light Psalm 27:1 (NLT) The Lord is my light and my salvation, so why should I be afraid. The Lord is my fortress, protecting me from danger, so why should I tremble? Lesson 2: The Name of Jesus Proverbs 18:10 (NIV) The name of the Lord is a fortified tower; the righteous run to it and are safe. Lesson 3: The Holy Spirit Guides Us John 16:13a (NIV) But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. Lesson 4: The Joy of the Lord is My Strength Nehemiah 8:10b (NIV) For the joy of the Lord is your strength. Lesson 5: My Worship is a Weapon Psalm 91:1-2 (NIV) Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Lesson 12: My Enemy Ephesians 6:12 (NIV) For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Pastor Tamera Kraft has been a children's pastor for over thirty years. She is the director of a ministry called Revival Fire For Kids, where she mentors other children's leaders, teaches workshops, and is a children's ministry consultant and children's revivalist. She is a recipient of the 2007 National Children's Leaders Association Shepherd's Cup for lifetime achievement in children's ministry.
