She was previously Head of HR for the Paris, Zurich, and Geneva offices of Goldman Sachs. Derek Bishop has over twenty years' experience leading people and delivering business results in high volume and complex environments. As an expert on culture change, leadership development, and customer experience he is considered one of the leading thinkers on creating high-performance businesses.
