He unfolds a Christian spirituality on the basis of biblical textual observation (meditation). Practical help is given: for daily Bible reading (time with God), organisation of retreats (Silent Day, Silent Weekend) and various types of image meditation. The explanations are the result of many years of experience and therefore tried and tested in practice.
