This book is to find out the variable of quality and viability as well as the susceptibility of blue mussels to environmental stress change in the course of dry storage. Some end-point parameters as filtering capacity, water leakage and ammonia excretion were investigated in order to detect these possible effects of shaking stress after aerial exposed on truck transport to the markets.
