Following years of living in exile in Mexico, an unlikely source travelled all the way from Africa to the United States of America, to negotiate the Cherokee's return to their homeland. Although the Indians lived comfortably in their new country, being away from their ancestors took its tole on the natives. News of their reinstatement was brought by an American general, who was also instructed to escort the natives back onto their reservation. Despite their years of absence from their homeland, the ugly venom of racism quickly unveiled itself, wherein it was discovered that some of their escorts were children to some of the bigots they killed to achieve their freedom. Adam was raised under the belief that the Cherokee Tribe unjustifiably killed his father and brother, then fled the country into Mexico. For the Cherokee tribe to return to their desired life of peace, they must first eliminate every form of racism they encounter.
