The goal of the study is to examine the Remediation of Hydrocarbon Polluted Soil in the Niger Delta Region of Nigeria Using Enhanced Natural Attenuation Process (ENAP) and the Effect on Soil Quality. The objectives were: (i) to carry out soil treatment using enhanced natural attenuation remediation process on the polluted study areas in the barrier island and lowland forest ecosystems in the Niger Delta Region, (ii) to examine the relationship between soil temperature and soil pollutants within the polluted soil in the study areas, (iii) to examine the difference in the level of enhanced natural attenuation remediation process of polluted soil between the heavily polluted and medium polluted soils.
