The second chapter discusses about the mechanisms for processing of protein and RNA. It also covers the major techniques deployed for identification of these unknown biomolecules. The chapters following it throw light over the various databases of metabolic pathways and explains how to modulate and simulate various metabolic network properties.

Dr. Nishtha Jain has completed her PhD in Biochemsitry fromAligarh Muslim University in 2009. The thrust area of herresearch was based on "Oxidative Stress in Diabetes and MetabolicSyndrome". Soon after the completion of her doctorate, she joinedas an Assistant Professor at "Sharda University, Greater Noida,India".
