I have discovered that they are natural leaders in need of structure, direction, and a healthy dose of self-confidence. This book provides the reader with the tools necessary to prevent bullying as well as reverse bullying behavior. Ten simple rules are designed to help any classroom, youth group, or organization to approach this sensitive topic. Why hummingbirds? Well that's easy. Hummingbirds are most definitely bullies. They are territorial, they fight with other's of their own species, and they can be mean when it comes to food sources. They are amazing to watch.
