When Buster accidentally disrupts a supernatural ritual, he's burned by literal hellfire, and wakes up with the bizarre ability to transform into a giant, super-strong lizard. Armed with his new powers, a sarcastic one-eyed chicken named Socrates, and Isaac, a teenage tech genius living in the ruins of a Noah's Ark theme park, Buster sets out to defeat evil and maybe save himself in the process. But controlling his transformations, keeping Isaac alive, enduring Socrates' visions of Hell, and stopping a giant murderous chicken is... complicated.
