Biblical Coaching: Integrating Mental Health and Spiritual Growth is a transformative guide offering three dynamic 8-week courses-Life Purpose, Empowerment, and Coping Skills/Resiliency-specifically designed to equip parents, guardians, and trusted adults with the tools to support youth through a robust, faith-centered approach to personal growth. This comprehensive resource, created by Sheryl Ellis, a seasoned mental health therapist and Christian author, masterfully blends scripture-based teachings with practical mental health strategies. It empowers young people to build emotional strength, deepen their spiritual maturity, and navigate life's challenges with resilience and purpose. The Life Purpose course helps youth discover their God-given purpose, understand the Stages of Change, and develop a Growth Mindset grounded in biblical principles. The Empowerment course focuses on nurturing confidence and resilience through gratitude practices, journaling, and identity-shaping exercises that align with God's vision for their lives. Meanwhile, the Coping Skills/Resiliency course provides faith-driven strategies to manage stress, overcome adversity, and set SMART Goals rooted in divine purpose. With a holistic approach that combines mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, Biblical Coaching provides practical guidance and fosters an enduring sense of hope and fulfillment. By integrating mental health education with Christian values, this program equips young people to thrive-fortified by faith and ready to live purposefully in alignment with God's plan.
