Béguez César syndrome has not been named appropriately in many or most medical literature. The aim of this book is to describe the early historic documentation of this rare syndrome particularly during the 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s. Béguez César syndrome has not been described or documented in Iraq. An other aim of this book is to describe the first case of the syndrome in Iraq.
