Once the squirrels have enough food, they leave Ben alone. Still hungry, Ben tries to find food at a camper in the forest, but when he hears someone coming, he gets scared and runs off. Feeling sad and hungry, Ben returns to his cave, only to find it filled with honey, nuts, and berries, thanks to the squirrels' kindness. Ben eats his fill and falls asleep, grateful that he won't go hungry in the winter. Thanks to his squeaky neighbours, the squirrels, Ben learns that "one good deed deserves another."
