Amy Aldridge lives in Port Pirie, South Australia. She is a mother of three. Layla is six, Owen is four, and Bethany is two years old. Amy also owns a dog grooming business and juggles motherhood, her business, and writing children's books around a hectic lifestyle. Amy is married to Brad Aldridge, who works at the local television station at Port Pirie. Brad and Amy have lived in Ardrossan South Australia; Newcastle, New South Wales; and Port Lincoln, South Australia, and now hope to have settled in Port Pirie, South Australia.
